About The Role
As Marketing & Communications Director, you will lead brand growth, audience development, and communications across LATAM, with Mexico as a strategic growth market. You will be responsible for defining and executing integrated marketing, content, and communications strategies that drive fan engagement, commercial growth, and brand impact.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Leadership
- Define and execute the LATAM marketing strategy, with a strong digital-first approach.
- Translate integral brand positioning into culturally relevant initiatives for Mexico and LATAM.
- Identify key sports, entertainment, and cultural opportunities to maximize brand impact.

Communications & PR
- Lead regional communications and PR strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives.




- Manage media relations, corporate messaging, and reputation management.
- Oversee crisis communications and high-visibility issues.

Content, Community & Audience Growth
- Define content and community strategies that drive fan engagement and audience growth.
- Build and manage relationships with creators, influencers, and digital partners.
- Use data and insights to optimize audience acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Commercial & Revenue Growth
- Drive ticketing demand, attendance growth, and fan experience initiatives.
- Lead merchandising and e-commerce strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Support commercial partnerships through integrated marketing campaigns.

Leadership & Performance
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing and communications team.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Measure performance and continuously optimize marketing effect
