Job Description





Asegurar que los procesos de moldeo operen bajo condiciones óptimas, cumpliendo con los estándares de seguridad, calidad y productividad mediante la optimización de parámetros, solución de problemas técnicos y mejora continua.

Responsable de desarrollar, implementar, optimizar y controlar los procesos de manufactura relacionados con el moldeo (principalmente inyección de plástico u otros procesos similares), asegurando que los productos se fabriquen con alta calidad, eficiencia, seguridad y al menor costo posible.

Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con áreas como producción, calidad, mantenimiento, EHS, ingeniería de producto y proveedores para garantizar la estabilidad del proceso y la mejora continua.
