The Learning Project Manager at Mars U leads the end-to-end delivery and execution of learning projects, ensuring each initiative meets its defined scope, timeline, and quality standards. The role requires strong stakeholder management and communication, and close collaboration across Mars U teams to drive alignment, manages ambiguity effectively, demonstrates situational adaptability, and ensures learning solutions are delivered successfully.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum requirement: Applicants must have at least 5 years of proven project management experience,



with a strong record of delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder projects. Only candidates with the required experience will be considered for the role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration (or equivalent education) providing required knowledge, skills, and capabilities.
- APMP or similar Project Management certification is highly desirable.
- Strong command of project management tools and methodologies, applied effectively across diverse project types.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end solution development and how new learning solutions and training programs reach the market.
- Experience leading or contributing to integral projects across regions and time zones.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, building trust and alignment across functions.
- Proven ability to influence without authority, partnering effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
