Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain daily employee payroll transactions and personnel incidents for accurate payroll processing and employee compensation.
- Serve as the primary contact with Corporate regarding SAP system reporting, maintenance, and updates.
- Provide internal customer service by resolving employee inquiries related to payroll concepts, deductions, and pay statements.
- Administer, monitor, and apply employee benefits offered by the company.
- Participate in internal and external audits related to Accounting and Social Security compliance.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives and process automation projects to enhance payroll and HR operations

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of Tress and SAP payroll/accounting systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and payroll income tax (ISR).
- Understanding of labor and tax legislation.
