As the Legal Counsel Manager for CEVA Mexico, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the company's legal strategy within a dynamic, fast-evolving logistics environment. Situated in Mexico City, you will be at the heart of a general leader committed to operational excellence, ethical practices, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, pragmatic legal advice to internal stakeholders, ensuring all guidance supports CEVA Mexico's business objectives while fully complying with applicable laws and corporate policies.
- Review, negotiate, and approve comprehensive contracts involving clients, suppliers, and partners, balancing legal safeguards with commercial priorities to mitigate risks and support business growth.
