We are seeking a sales professional to develop and strengthen our presence within the Hardware Channel. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong relationships with distributors and key customers, and drive sales growth, profitability, and market coverage. We will provide the support, tools, and resources needed for you to succeed and contribute to the continued growth of our business. You will play a key role in expanding market coverage, increasing profitability, and ensuring the successful execution of commercial strategies. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help deliver an excellent customer experience while contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.

You will report to Sales Manager, this role is based in Monterrey Mexico

Key Responsibilities
- You will manage and develop a portfolio of customers within the hardware channel.
- You will identify and prospect new distributors, wholesalers, and hardware retail chains to expand market coverage.
- You will develop and execute commercial plans, promotional activities,



and merchandising agreements with customers.
- You will monitor quotations, orders, deliveries, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You will analyze market dynamics, competitive activities, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Care teams to execute business strategies effectively.
- You will provide product training and technical guidance to distributors, sales representatives, and customers on product features and benefits.
- You will prepare sales forecasts and commercial reports for Sales Management.
- You will ensure the successful execution of promotions, product launches, and commercial initiatives at the point of sale.
- You will represent the company at trade shows, conventions, and industry events within the hardware sector.
