What You'll Do
- Transportation Management: Drive performance with carriers and partners by establishing, monitoring, and following up on key metrics.
- Strategic Planning: Conduct joint planning with carriers to forecast short- and long-term transportation needs and mitigate capacity constraints.
- Trade Compliance: Manage import/export documentation and processes, including obtaining rapid clearances and partnering with the CA-US-MX GTC team to identify improvement opportunities.
- Project Leadership: Plan, organize, and control projects to ensure efficient resource utilization, accurate cost/time estimation, and successful objective achievement.
- Collaborator Engagement: Conduct regular project reviews and maintain open, constructive communication with project teams, sponsors, and clients.

Who You'll Work With
You will collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including the CA-US-MX Integral Trade Compliance (GTC) group, as well as external logistics partners, carriers, and shippers to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Our Minimum Requirements For This Role
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of direct experience in transportation or logistics operations.
- Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work on-site in Guadalajara, Mexico.
- Flexibility to work off-hours when required to support operational needs.

Desired Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of domestic and international transportation modes and safety requirements.
- Proven experience in carrier evaluation, selection, and performance
