Job Description

Primary Function of Position:





The Pre Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of employee payroll data prior to payroll processing. This position partners Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, managers, and employees to validate workforce transactions, resolve discrepancies, maintain payroll data integrity, and ensure payroll readiness while complying with company policies and applicable labor regulations

Employee data Management:
- Validate and maintain employee master data, including new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, salary changes, organizational updates, and payroll-related transactions to ensure data integrity across HRIS and payroll systems.
- Manage attendance calculations and payroll-related time transactions, including overtime, leaves of absence, vacation, disability, special leaves, students (interns), and attendance corrections to ensure payroll readiness.
