Función

Asegurar la continuidad del proceso compactando y disponiendo del desperdicio generado en la planta, así como destrucción de material obsoleto y no conforme con base a los estándares, procedimientos, controles y políticas establecidas por Crown bajo un proceso de mejora continua minimizando tiempos,



optimizando materiales para el logro de las metas establecidas en los indicadores operativos, el crecimiento, permanencia y rentabilidad del negocio, asegurando el cumplimiento de las necesidades de nuestros clientes.

Requisitos
- Bachillerato o preparatoria terminada o deseable Carrera Técnica en Mecánica Automotriz, Industrial, Eléctrica o carrera a fin.

Job Summary:

The OPERADOR SCRAP is responsible for the efficient and safe handling, sorting, and processing of scrap materials within the Fabricas Monterrey, S.A. de C.V. facilities, ensuring compliance with company standards and environmental regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machinery and equipment used for scrap processing, such as balers, shredders, forklifts, and cranes, following all safety protocols.
- Sort and separate different types of scrap materials (e.g., metals, plastics, paper) according to established guidelines and quality standards.
