- The QA Automation Engineer collaborates closely with developers, delivery leads, and stakeholders to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design, develop,



and maintain scalable test automation solutions to support enterprise applications and integrations.
- Lead and execute automation‐focused testing activities, maintaining an approximate 80% automation / 20% manual testing balance.
- Build and enhance Java‐based automation frameworks, utilities, and test components.
- Perform manual, exploratory, and edge‐case testing where automation is not suitable.
- Define, execute, and report on test coverage across functional, integration, regression, and release cycles.
- Manage test cases, defects, and test reporting using JIRA.
- Provide technical leadership for QA activities, including guidance to other QA team members as needed.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and work closely with development teams to support resolution.
