What are your contributions to the team?




- You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of logistics processes and your understanding of how these processes are configured within SAP.
- You will resolve operational inquiries from end users, support the correction of common errors, and escalate complex incidents to the SAP or IT team.
- You will train new users, develop manuals, procedures, and work instructions, and communicate process changes and new system functionalities.
- You will provide support for SAP implementations, system upgrades, and migration projects.
- You will perform system testing and validation activities.
- You will review master data quality and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- You will identify process deviations and propose opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- You will ensure that transactions are executed in compliance with established procedures and company policies.
