Role Description
This is a full-time role for a highly organized and detail-oriented associate to join our international operations team in Monterrey MX. This role is responsible for coordinating order fulfillment and optimizing international logistics operations, managing supplier orders, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the complete cycle of the order process.
The idóneo candidate thrives in a fast-paced logistics and solutions driven environment, is proactive in problem solving, and can effectively manage multiple tasks across international vendors.
Mandatory Requirements (applications without these will NOT be considered)




- Must currently live in Monterrey, Nuevo León or surrounding area
- 4 – 5 years of experience in international purchasing, order fulfillment, logistics or supply chain operations.
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, logistics engineer or related field.
- Ability to work primarily in-office in Monterrey. Office location area: Cumbres Elite Monterrey.

This position does not offer relocation support.
Candidates who are not currently living already in Monterrey will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
International Order Management
- Verify and manage purchase orders with global suppliers
- Monitor overseas production schedules and timelines
- Ensure timely production, shipment sailing schedules, and delivery to multiple USA destinations
- Perform ownership of assigned accounts
