Position Summary
Parker Hannifin is seeking an Import-Export Coordinator to support materials planning, purchasing execution, import/export coordination, inventory accuracy, and customer delivery performance.



This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can coordinate across warehouse, quality, production, customer service, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure materials are available, compliant, and delivered on time.
Responsibilities
Maintain adequate inventory levels for stock and non-stock products to support production, customer demand, and service level requirements.
- Generate, place, and expedite purchase orders, ensuring timely supplier follow-up and on-time delivery.
- Track shipments from origin to plant receipt, proactively identifying risks, delays, and required actions to protect material availability.
- Coordinate import and export activities by communicating with customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams to support accurate and timely customs clearance.
- Prepare, review, and provide import/export documentation in alignment with applicable requirements and internal processes.
