About the role

As a Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Temporary), you will play a key role in attracting top talent and supporting the growth of our business through effective recruitment strategies. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, partner with hiring managers across multiple functions, and help deliver an outstanding candidate experience while building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, from intake meetings through offer stage.




- Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
- Coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Providing market insights, talent mapping, and benchmarking information to business stakeholders.
- Driving timely follow-up with hiring teams and candidates to maintain process efficiency.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and talent attraction activities.
- Ensuring compliance with internal recruiting processes, policies, and hiring standards.
