About The Role
Carrier is seeking a Senior Manager, New Product Introduction to lead strategic engineering initiatives supporting residential HVAC products. This role is responsible for driving new product introductions, managing engineering changes, leading cross‑functional project execution,



and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from planning through implementation.
- Managing engineering change processes and ensuring successful execution across manufacturing and engineering teams.
- Driving Value Engineering initiatives to optimize product design and reduce product costs.
- Managing multiple strategic projects simultaneously, including capital investment (CapEx) initiatives.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, timelines, and business goals.
