A leading integral aerospace manufacturer is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering organization responsible for the design, structural analysis, development, and technical support of highly engineered aerospace components and equipment.

This position combines technical leadership, people management, and program execution, offering the opportunity to lead complex engineering initiatives while developing high-performing teams in a collaborative global environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Manage engineering projects throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost objectives are achieved.
- Provide technical leadership on complex mechanical design and structural engineering challenges.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management to ensure successful product execution.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation,



and Design for Manufacturability (DFMA) initiatives.
- Build organizational capability through coaching, talent development, and succession planning.
