This role is for a skilled Data Information Architect to design and implement data solutions supporting Servicing Ops Analytics, Reporting, and AI. Responsibilities include defining, creating, and maintaining architecture artifacts for data solutions, and establishing Data Architecture processes across Data & Analytics in Service Ops. The architect should understand current and future architecture, reporting,



and warehousing technologies to develop future state solutions for Service Ops data and analytics.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Snowflake, Python, Azure, and AWS, along with a strong foundation in Big Data and Cloud Platforms. You will develop scalable, efficient data architectures that enable personalized customer experiences, BI, and advanced analytics.
- Develop a data strategy that maximizes data as an asset, including migration from current to future architecture.
- Define, create, and maintain architecture artifacts such as data models, data flow diagrams, and data dictionaries.
- Design and optimize data pipelines from various sources to support BI and analytics.
- Create data models and flows for personalized customer experiences and omnichannel engagement.
