About the role Sr. Design Engineer professional assembles documentation packages, performs some calculations with regard to technical design, and develops detailed drawings using relevant tools.
Key Responsibilities As a Sr. Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Own mechanical designs, assemblies, and equipment layouts.




- Lead design activities from concept through production implementation.
- Develop and review 3D models and drawings using Creo Parametric.
- Ensure accuracy of drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
- Manage product revisions and engineering changes in Windchill.
- Maintain accurate part and BOM data within SAP.
- Make technical decisions based on performance, risk, and manufacturability.
- Apply GD&T;, tolerance analysis, and DFM principles.
- Lead design reviews and resolve technical issues.
- Drive root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Coordinate deliverables with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and testing.
- Manage priorities, risks, commitments, and delivery dates.
- Provide technical guidance, peer reviews, and mentoring.
