Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate or execute complex projects based on specialized knowledge within an engineering discipline (Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, etc.).
- Design, propose, and/or implement new systems that require knowledge of various continuous improvement methodologies and techniques.
- Assign and supervise personnel within the area, scheduling workflow to ensure continuous operations and successful project completion.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional project teams focused on: o Continuous improvement initiatives. o New product introduction (NPI). o Process transfers and implementation. o Meeting customer expectations and requirements.
- Develop, modify, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the engineering function.





A Titled Industrial Engineering preferred with a master's or some proof of continuous learning.

From an identifiable University.

15 years to 20 years of experience as a Project Manager

A Project Management Certification is definitely a PLUS

Fully bilingual and bicultural.

Metal mechanics experience is a plus.

Requires knowledge and experience in:
- Manufacturing systems. GMPs.
- New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Process re-engineering.
- Maintenance systems and practices.
- Six Sigma methodologies.
- Lean Manufacturing principles.
- ISO/QS standards.
- Environmental regulations and standards.
- Safety regulations and standards.
