As ourOrder Fulfillment Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience by ensuring customer requirements, order priorities, and delivery commitments are met with speed, accuracy, and collaboration. You will act as a key connection point between customers, CSR teams, and internal functions to support smooth and efficient order fulfillment operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinatewith Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, and Shipping teams to ensure customer requirements and delivery commitments are achieved.
- SupportCSR teams and customers by responding to inquiries, providing order updates, and managing escalations through multiple communication channels.
- Monitororder status, shipment schedules, and On-Time Delivery performance to ensure proactive follow-up and issue resolution.
- Collaboratewith production planners and buyers to align production prioriti
