THE TEAM
You will join a passionate Food & Beverage team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality and ultra-luxury service. With a strong focus on creating extraordinary experiences for our guests and associates, the team is driven by attention to detail, intuitive service, collaboration, and resilience.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant Manager, Food & Beverage, or Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will lead a diverse team of Assistant Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Valet Parking associates, fostering a culture of excellence, engagement, and continuous development across multiple dining venues.
YOUR ROLE
As Restaurant Manager,



you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant outlets, ensuring every guest experience reflects Rosewood Hotel Group's standards of excellence. You will play a key role in driving operational performance, service quality, financial results, and team engagement while collaborating closely with Culinary, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and other resort departments.
Your leadership will help create memorable guest experiences, maintain luxury hospitality standards, and contribute to the overall success of the resort's Food & Beverage operations.
