We are looking for a Laboratories Coordinator to lead our Metrology, Calibration, and Metallography Laboratories, ensuring compliance with general automotive standards while supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement.

This position offers the opportunity to lead a highly specialized technical team, influence manufacturing quality, and contribute directly to the reliability of products used by leading automotive manufacturers worldwide.

What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate the Laboratories, ensuring efficient operation and compliance with corporate and customer requirements.
- Ensure the reliability, accuracy, and traceability of all measuring systems and laboratory equipment.
- Manage calibration programs for measuring and control devices.
- Support manufacturing and quality teams through dimensional analysis, metallographic evaluations, and technical investigations.
- Lead laboratory personnel,



promoting technical development, teamwork, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards, including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, and BIQ requirements.
- Drive problem-solving activities using 8D methodology and support root cause analysis for quality issues.
- Participate in APQP activities, PPAP approvals, MSA studies, SPC implementation, FMEA reviews, and Control Plan development.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives focused on laboratory performance, process capability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Language
• Advanced Business English.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience:
- Specialized experience in metrology and bearing evaluation.
- Knowledge of heat treatment, machining, grinding, and assembly processes.
- Experience in calibration of measuring in
