About the role:

As an Experienced Mechanical Engineer, you will execute critical elements of product development, testing, and the optimization of HVAC products and components. Your expertise will directly impact our customers by driving quality improvements based on end-user experiences and ensuring the delivery of world-class, safe, and cost-competitive solutions. You will lead mid to high-complexity programs, providing robust engineering support for field quality issues and collaborating with manufacturing plants to enhance product reliability and efficiency.

- Managing elements of product development activities, including cost estimates, implementation of standard specifications, drawing board layouts, and development of performance and maintenance requirements.
- Providing engineering support for field quality issues and factory support regarding product engineering and design in commercial manufacturing plants.
- Leading and executing mid to high-complexity programs with minimal supervision, ensuring efficient time management and project delivery.
- Executing engineering tests and qualification plans for systems, sub-systems, and components, and modifying equipment based on test results to meet design specifications.
- Maintaining the accuracy of engineering information by updating and managing the master Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings, and engineering specifications.
