Role Description The Senior Financial Analyst will support M&A; transactions and related advisory projects by performing detailed financial analysis, valuation, and modeling for mid-market companies. Research industry and market dynamics, reviewing general and industry- specific press to identify trends and M&A; opportunities in Mexico.
Create, audit and/or supervise financial modeling for M&A;, project finance and capital raising transactions,



presenting written reports with robust analysis, supporting arguments and recommendations.
Take ownership of specific tasks across all phases of the M&A; process: client proposals, status reports, business plans, promotional materials, management presentations, financial and valuation models, and sales presentations with potential clients.
This position requires full-time availability in our Mexico City offices.

Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge, including a solid understanding of corporate finance, valuation concepts, and M&A; transaction fundamentals.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, build and analyze complex financial models, and support decision-making under tight timelines, attention to detail and organizational skills.
