We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Key Account Manager to lead our Mexico sales operations within the Business Development division. This senior leadership role is critical in driving strategic growth and expanding our presence in the international logistics market.




The Regional Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing our field sales team, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies aligned with company goals. This position requires a professional with over 10 years of solid experience in international logistics and sales, complemented by at least 5 years in team leadership roles. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader, able to motivate and guide a diverse sales force while driving exceptional performance across the Mexico market.
Lead, manage and inspire the field sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the dynamics of the Mexico market and aligned with global business objectives.
Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform sales initiatives and product development.
