What you bring - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Fluency in spoken and written English. - 8+ years of payroll experience across Mexico, including ownership of end-to-end payroll processes. - Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws, social security regulations, tax legislation, and payroll compliance requirements. - Experience working with payroll systems and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical,
