Deputy General Counsel and will be a key member of the company’s legal team. The attorney will assist with critical legal support and guidance on commercial, transactional, IP, employment, and real estate matters in North America and LATAM with a focus on supporting the legal aspects of the entire contract lifecycle. This position will also collaborate with other legal and business affairs team members on contracts and other matters. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, practical, technology-savvy attorney with a deep, foundational expertise in business transactions, technology and privacy, particularly domestic and international consumer data protection legislation.
