Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations for the Americas, you will support the development of and drive the implementation of regional revenue growth and go-to-market initiatives, as well as long-range strategic plans for our Enterprise business.
Analyze Commercial Performance: Lead deep-dive analysis of revenue, customer,



and sales performance data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and generate strategic insights for leadership decision‐making.
Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align on goals, share insights, and ensure end-to-end execution of revenue strategy.
Performance Monitoring: Develop dashboards and frameworks to track progress of key strategic initiatives and continuously optimize for impact.
Market & Competitor Analysis: monitor the FinTech ecosystem, tracking competitor pricing motions, market trends, and shifts in card network (Visa/Mastercard etc) and alternative payment method (APM) costs.
5+years of experience and proven track record of success in revenue strategy, pricing, or related roles within the Fintech or payments industries.
