Where You'll Make a Difference - Support the Market & Consumer Insights team by collecting, organizing, and analyzing consumer, market, and category data. - Translate research findings into clear and actionable insights that support fragrance innovation and business decisions. - Conduct market, competitor, and category analyses, with a primary focus on Consumer Fragrance, Fabric Care, and Home Care categories.



- Assist in the planning, execution, and coordination of qualitative and quantitative consumer research projects. - Manage research documentation, databases, and reporting materials to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business questions and translate them into research objectives. - Coordinate with external research agencies and suppliers, supporting project execution and vendor management activities. - Develop compelling presentations and reports that communicate key findings and recommendations. - Monitor consumer and market trends to identify emerging opportunities and support strategic initiatives. What Makes You the Right Fit - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Consumer Behavior, Statistics , or a related field. - 2–3 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Category Insights , or a related function. -
