Commercial Strategy & Execution Translate commercial strategy into actionable sales plans across channels (retail, foodservice, industrial, export as applicable) Drive execution of sales initiatives to deliver revenue growth, profitability, and market share Optimize portfolio performance, balancing growth, margin, and customer mix Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of key business projects and sales objectives

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
~10+ years of progressive experience in Sales or Commercial roles
~ Proven experience leading multi-channel sales teams
~ Strategic thinking and commercial acumen, experience in Food Manufacturing or Consumer Goods preferred
