At WTW we are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to support the onboarding and ongoing servicing of institutional investor clients. In this role, you will coordinate project timelines, collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as custodial banks and investment managers, and ensure the seamless implementation of client investment strategies. We're seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and can manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate, high-quality work. The Role - Successfully manage multiple activities in investment operations for a variety of clients. - Respond to requests from internal or external clients for additional information as assigned - Clearly and efficiently communicate with custodial banks, investment and fund managers, record-keepers and other external parties involved, as well as client servicing and operational teams,



to ensure all activities are aligned - Adhere to our Professional Excellence principles to ensure that work is completed accurately and to a high standard - Demonstrate risk-management excellence and adhere to documented procedures - Provide specialist advice to the various teams in the business - Support the Operations (Onboarding, Trade Management, Middle Office, Investment Performance and Processing, and Third-Party Oversight) team, developing good working relationships and openly communicating on work matters. - Consistently interact with other team members and client teams to keep them informed on progress and ensure they also carry out any required actions - Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams - Other duties as assigned including project work that may include documenting processes, creating templates, or maintaining data. - Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels - Communicate issues to the team lead and client team
