Role Description The Senior Financial Analyst will support M&A; transactions and related advisory projects by performing detailed financial analysis, valuation, and modeling for mid-market companies. Day-to-day responsibilities include: - Building and reviewing financial models, analyzing financial statements, preparing client presentations, and supporting due diligence activities for both buy-side and sell-side mandates. - Research industry and market dynamics, reviewing general and industry- specific press to identify trends and M&A; opportunities in Mexico. - Create, audit and/or supervise financial modeling for M&A;, project finance and capital raising transactions, presenting written reports with robust analysis, supporting arguments and recommendations. - Take ownership of specific tasks across all phases of the M&A; process: client proposals, status reports, business plans, promotional materials, management presentations, financial and valuation models, and sales presentations with potential
