The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of the team(s) supporting accounts to drive the generation of revenue and business growth, lead a sales team(s), accountable for driving team performance through customer success motions (onboarding, adoption, health checks and voice of the customer) and/or revenue retention motions (product/ service contract renewals, extension, upsell and expansion). Responsible for managing, building, and developing strategic client relationship through a balanced level of engagement with Sales Director and external facing client. You Have - SOW & Account Governance Experience : 5+ years of sales leadership experience, with proven success acting as a Supplier Operations Lead/Manager managing client-facing Statements of Work (SOWs), MBR/QBR delivery, and contract SLAs in a BPO or outsourced environments. - High-Touch Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated capability in client relationship management, setting clear operational expectations, and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics across enterprise clients.



- Operational Oversight & Escalation Handling: Proven ability to manage first-level operational escalations, oversee team tools and training enablement, and drive continuous quality and SLA improvements. - B2B/Coportate Sales experience: 2+ years (desirable). - Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Communication Skills: Proficient in English (C1), with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. - Sales Methodology Expertise: Strong knowledge of High Performance Selling methodologies, complemented by advanced leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
