We're a small, remote team, which means we move fast and every person we bring on has a real impact. We are growing. That growth is driven by performance creative ads that convert, content that earns attention, and a team that understands the difference between looking good and actually selling. Our biggest opportunity right now is creative execution: producing high-volume, high-quality video content that captures attention and drives revenue. We already have a growing library of UGC, influencer content, product footage,



and internal creative assets. What we need is someone who can turn those assets into ads that make people stop scrolling, understand why they need the product, and click "Buy." The Role We are looking for a Paid Media Video Editor to join our growing marketing team. This is not a traditional video editing role . You will not simply take footage and make it look polished. This is a performance creative role where video editing is the primary skill, but the ultimate goal is to drive clicks, conversions, and revenue .
