Key Responsibilities Operations & Delivery Excel - Lead large-s cale customer service opera tions (patient billing, collections, insurance follow-ups, payment posting) - Ma nage P&L;, budgets, and cost optimiz ation across multiple sites - D rive SLA adherence, operational efficiency, and process excellence initia tives - Monitor performance dashboards and implement improvements in reporting and governance - Lead capacity planning, workforce optimization, and business continuity strategies Client & Stakeholder Management - Build and stren gthen client relatio nships and act as a trusted advisor - Lead key client interactions incl uding MBRs, QBRs, and escalation r eviews - Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunitie s for account growth and service exp ansion - Stay updated
