Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission‑critical applications. Environmental Health & Safety Manager role involves in charge of providing immediate supervision to a group of employees for the implementation of complex activities related to the efficient management of Environmental Health & Safety programs in offices and manufacturing sites to ensure that the required company and government standards and regulations are met.
What a typical day looks like:
- Manage, through subordinate supervisors, the coordination of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S;) programs in offices, manufacturing sites, and plants with control results in terms of costs, methods, and employees.
- Develop and administer budgets, schedules, and performance requirements.
- Conduct meetings involving environmental safety, training, and awareness programs.
- Oversee proper maintenance of buildings, furniture and fixtures in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.
