They are proactive, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and eager to pivot between building a new library and maintaining a legacy data pipeline.

The wrong fit for this role is a rigid specialist or a surface-level scripter who prefers to stay strictly within a single solution, requires hyper-detailed instructions, and blindly clears tickets without questioning if the solution actually makes sense or if there is a better way to build it.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and develop an internal Python library to streamline and standardize Streamlit application development across the organization.
- Create reusable UI components, layout templates, and streamlined AI/LLM wrappers within the library to empower internal teams to build data apps quickly.
- Enforce software development best practices, including robust version control, package distribution, documentation, and automated testing for the internal framework.
