We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join a Product & Engineering organization at a U.S.-based advertising technology company. In this role, you’ll lead a full stack team developing next‑generation AI workflows that power creative automation and performance marketing. You’ll play a key role in shaping both the technical direction and the team’s growth, ensuring high‑quality delivery while fostering a strong engineering culture.

About You
- You have experience leading and scaling high‑performing engineering teams. You are comfortable being hands‑on when needed, supporting your team through technical challenges. You have experience building large‑scale, high‑availability systems. You enjoy mentoring engineers and helping them grow professionally. You collaborate effectively with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders.



What You’ll Be Doing Lead and grow a full‑stack engineering team, fostering autonomy and accountability. Define and drive technical direction in collaboration with cross‑functional partners. Deliver scalable, high‑quality software solutions aligned with product goals. Coach and mentor engineers through 1:1s, feedback, and career development plans. Remove blockers and create an environment where the team can perform at its best. Participate in architectural decisions and contribute hands‑on when needed.
