This role leads labor relations strategy in Mexico, ensuring alignment with the Ley Federal del Trabajo (LFT)



while supporting the unique needs of seasonal and year-round employees.
Responsibilities
- Build and sustain strong relationship with the union, partner with Director of Industrial Relations, Americas to lead collective bargaining negotiations, administering collective bargaining agreements, and supporting union legitimation and CFCRL processes with transparency and respect.
- Ensure labor law compliance with the Ley Federal del Trabajo (LFT) and related labor regulations translating legal requirements into practical guidance for leaders and embedding compliant practices across all Driscoll's operations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to operations, people leaders and HRBP's, providing guidance on employee relations matters, workforce changes, and the labor implications of operational and organizational decisions.
