Job Summary
Design, install and evaluate quality assurance systems and sampling processes, procedures, and statistical techniques. Provides knowledge to control and/or analyze quality issues and resolve them by implementing solutions on the site.
Responsibilities
- Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes.
- Prepare First Article reports for new products and engineering change validations.
- Manage ESD control procedures.
- Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products and monitor supplier compliance (incoming inspection).
- Supervise Quality Engineers, inspectors, technicians, and other staff, providing guidance and feedback.
- Oversee product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements, drawings, customer quality manuals, and other requirements.
- Make decisions to approve correct product or reject defectives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis where applicable.
- Use quality tools to solve problems, identify root causes,



and address variations.
- Develop and promote continuous improvement procedures and processes.
- Lead potential and current customer audits.
- Maintain KPI record keeping and quality objectives.
- Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives.
- Review process qualification and validation adequacy.
- Control, report and reduce scrap rates.
- Reduce RMA incidents by analyzing root cause and corrective actions.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of core tools (Control Plan, AMEF, MSA, APQP, PPAP).
- Familiarity with measurement equipment and drawings interpretation.
- Experience in continuous improvement quality tools and troubleshooting.
- Statistical analysis and interpretation skills.
- Computing and office skills.
- Experience supervising staff and knowledge of ISO 9001, IPC standards.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with all organizational levels.
