We're Hiring | Electrical Design Engineer

Are you passionate about designing innovative electrical systems and developing products that make a real impact? We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join our Design Engineering team and contribute to the development of high-quality commercial refrigeration solutions.

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a key role throughout the product development lifecycle—from concept and design to validation and production launch—while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and innovative products.

Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and validate electrical systems for new and existing products.
- Create and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, electrical layouts, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from concept through production.
- Evaluate and select electrical components based on functionality, quality, cost, and availability.
- Prepare engineering documentation, specifications, test plans, and design reports.




- Participate in design reviews, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- Troubleshoot electrical design issues and provide technical support to Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations.
- Collaborate with Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product Management to ensure successful product implementation.
- Ensure compliance with UL, IEC, NEC, and other applicable industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on product performance, manufacturability, reliability, and cost optimization.
- Support prototype builds, product testing, and validation activities.
- Analyze field issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical product design within a manuf
