The Global Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of global EHS programs across the Americas, Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific (APAC).



This role provides strategic leadership and technical expertise to ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen risk management, and drive a proactive safety culture throughout a global manufacturing organization.
The successful candidate will collaborate across engineering, operations, supply chain, and business leadership to integrate EHS excellence into business processes while supporting operational performance and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the integral program owner and subject matter expert for key EHS programs, including:
- Functional and machine safety
- Human and Organizational Performance (HOP)
- Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) Prevention
- Ergonomics
- Chemical management
- Life safety
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve global EHS standards, policies, and management systems that align with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
- Strengthen global processes for identifying, monitoring, and governing compliance
