This role involves analyzing HR data, generating reports, and ensuring the system's optimal performance to support HR operations and strategic initiatives. Key Responssabilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HRIS, including system updates, data integrity, and security
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making processes




- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to provide accurate and timely information and to address the HR data inconsistencies to stakeholders (including advanced Workday PRISM functionality)
- Provide training and support to HR staff and other users of the HRIS
- Ensure HRIS compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Lead (and participate) HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades and implementations
- Identify barriers to meeting goals and proactively provide solutions to keep projects on track and on budget.
- Maintain awareness of current projects across PPG and planned HR technology projects.
- Translate business requirements into software, communications, and equipment requirements for application development
- Prepare detailed specifications/requirements together with stakeholders from which Workday will be developed
