- 1. Raw material planning process: Responsible for the planning process, continuously reviews the shortage report in MRP system to verify possible risks, Creates Purchase Orders according to requirements based on demand based on LT0,
communicates with suppliers to obtain confirmations and potential delivery risks, understanding in detail the possible causes of delays. Is responsible for ETD/ETA of its suppliers.
- 2. Maintenance of the MRP system: keep the Vendor Profile of the assigned suppliers updated.
- 3. Maintenance of the MRP SAP (PPT) system: Is responsible for ensuring that the data shown in the MRP is correct and updated. Such as update notes, dates, and comments in the different assigned views.
- 4. Supervision of inventory levels and total coverage time: Analyze and maintain the optimal level of raw material inventory. Is responsible for monitoring daily the inventory levels available in the plant and in transit. Timely communicates risks due to lack of material or other variables that may affect timely supply. Communicates and escalates all details of possible shortages such as root cause, impacts, and rec
