What will you do?
- Execute daily materials planning and scheduling activities to support production requirements.
- Lead warehouse and internal logistics operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and line-side replenishment.
- Monitor and manage material shortages, escalations, and recovery plans.
- Work closely with Production to adjust priorities based on real-time needs.
- Drive inventory control discipline through cycle counts, root-cause analysis of discrepancies, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with standard work, process requirements, and EHS expectations on the production floor.
- Identify and eliminate waste in the material flow,



including excessive movement, delays, and overstock.
- Implement and sustain Lean tools such as Kanban, FIFO, 5S, visual management, and standard work.
- Support production ramp-ups, engineering changes, and new product launches.
- Support manufacturing environments that involve sheet metal fabrication and electrical harness assembly.
- Make quick decisions during operational disruptions to protect production continuity.
- Lead Kaizen events focused on material flow and warehouse efficiency.
- Support kitting and line-side replenishment strategies adapted to manufacturing and harness assembly processes.
