- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering ,Supply or related field is an asset.
- 4+ year Production planning experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Must be bilingual, communicating effectively Spanish / English through oral or written communication.
- Knowledge in SAP, QAD or other ERP software.
- High Volume Planning preferred
- Lean Manufacturing Environment preferred
- Material Flow Processes preferred.
- Advance English level

Key Responsibilities
- You will manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with demand forecasts and inventory goals.
- Create and release production orders in the ERP system according to the established schedule.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics departments to prioritize urgent or special orders.
- Balance workload across production lines to maximize capacity use.
- You will be a monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Manage risks of stockouts or excess inventory.
- Analyze measurements: OTIF, Fill Rate, Schedule Adherence, Inventory Turns.




- Identify bottlenecks in the production process and propose improvement solutions.
- Participate in S&OP; (Sales and Operations Planning) projects.
- Be a contact for escalations related to product availability.
- Establish daily production schedules for assigned product, with sufficient lead-time to determine in which sequence products and components will be manufactured or purchased to meet planned requirements.
- Create, review and release orders in a timely manner and perform transactions necessary to maintain accurate records and inventory balances.
- Review and utilize work center load data to identify and resolve capacity / load issues. Make or recommend revisions to existing production schedules. Monitor schedules and processes to assist departmental or value stream personnel in achieving the goals of on time completion.
