Responsibilities
- Partner with pursuit, sales, account, and solution teams to understand customer requirements, scope, assumptions, and contractual obligations.
- Lead financial modeling, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis for new business opportunities, renewals, and contract amendments.
- Develop business cases, cost models, investment analyses, and scenario simulations to evaluate opportunity viability and support decision making.
- Analyze customer operational, financial, and usage data to identify cost drivers, risks, pricing opportunities, and solution recommendations.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, service-level obligations, and contractual business principles on behalf of the business.
