You will be part of the OPTO division at Molex El Salto, working closely with a dedicated team of maintenance technicians, automation specialists,



and cross-functional partners including the Business Unit and customers. Our team is focused on operational excellence and innovation in the electronic manufacturing space, leveraging strong collaboration to meet production goals.
What You Will Do
- Lead and coordinate maintenance technicians during shifts to ensure effective and timely resolution of equipment issues.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators such as equipment downtime (DT), mean time to repair (MTTR), and mean time between failures (MTBF).
- Provide technical expertise and support for complex machine failures, escalating to suppliers when necessary.
- Participate actively in production floor meetings to align maintenance efforts with operational goals.
- Conduct weekly audits of maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards under ISO 9000.
