Position Overview

The Brand Payments Associate plays a key role in managing and supporting essential processes within the Brand Payments function.



Serving as the first point of contact for Brand Payments Associates, this role provides guidance, escalates issues to the Team Lead, and ensures operational efficiency.

This position requires strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Core responsibilities include preparing and approving remittance reports, responding to brand inquiries via Zendesk, and supporting a wide range of payment and operational activities. The Brand Payment Associate will also collaborate with the Team Lead on special projects, process improvements, and system enhancements—making flexibility and openness to new tools essential.
