We will count on you to:
- Negotiate with the reinsurance market for the best terms and conditions for our clients' insurance programs in Property & Casualty lines.
- Comprehensively manage placements and negotiations with both markets and our commercial segments.
- Prepare the deliverables established for business segments.
- Drafts proposal components and develop improvement initiatives in processes and negotiations that help Placement to win new business and opportunities.

What you need to have:
- New graduate or a bachelor's degree with graduation no more than 4 years in Engineering Industrial, Actuary, Economics, or Administration.
- Internship experience or no more than 4 years
- A high level of communication skills, essential for establishing good working relationships and skills in numerical anal
